Flesh Chapter 6 : Him
-FLASHBACK-
“Hi , Stanford Family right?” A man in short White coat asked.
I looked at my mother and she said yes.
“Ok then, you know that this is very confidential right? I’m not blaming you because you and your husband saw them” he said
What he is saying? Is he a jerk?
I got pissed by what he said to my mom. I walk away from them and my mom is calling my name. I did not turn my head to look at her. I go outside of the hotel and feel the breeze of the sea.
While walking in the shore. I saw an old lady standing from a far. She is facing my direction. I’m bit worried because it’s to cold outsider and she even doesn’t have any Scarf or a jacket?
So I walk slowly towards her.
Walk,
Walk,
Walk,
I suddenly stopped walking. I am confused. Why she is full of blood!?
I am 20 feet away from her and all I can see in her are bloody clothes, messy curly long hair, red eyes and black lips. Her hands are shaking. She is like a Living Flesh!
I began to get scared.
She begins to walk towards me,
Walk,
Walk,
And then She Runs to my direction!
I began to run away from her , as fast as I couldā¦
Until I got tripped!
And I saw that she is near me
Then I heard gunshots and she fell down.
I saw the doctor with his gun.
Waves from the sea slapped at me.
It hurts like rock.
I saw him walking towards me , but my vision isn’t clear.
He handed a small bottle with water, he pour some powder in it and forced me to drink it.
Then all things turned BLACK.
ā¦.
āWhat I am doing here?ā
I hear someone, but not audible. Iām seeing light but canāt open my eyes.
āPrepare the emergency room for patient 103! Quick!ā somebody said that in my mind.
END OF FLASHBACK –
Kristine POV
“Mom?”
“Yes honey?” My mom looked at me
” Things are cleared now” I said
” What do you mean?” My mom asked
“It’s Fred! He is the cause why there is virus in our city!” I angrily said
“What!? How do you say so? Hon Dr. Fred is a good doctor in our town , he can never—” my mom cut her words.
” I think you’re talking about a doctor, in the hotel?” She asked me
“Yes”
” Oh my God! You can now remember. Honey, When you’re outside, and you’re in the shore he brought you to me and dad. But I don’t know why he has a gun when he came back with you, he told us that you have passed out and your leg is broken, don’t be mad at him for what he had said to us, we accidentally saw animals that are experimented, and we don’t know that it is illegal. Kristine, he told us to be quiet, because what we see are some kind of research. He forgave us , honey” my mom explained
” Mom , why don’t you ask me. What I saw outside the hotel, and why he has a gun?” I asked her
My mom eyebrows crossed and seems to be interested to my question.

FLESH CHAPTER 5: Plague
ā Todayās news is about a deadly virus that causes man to be violent and spreading I donāt know what it is calledā¦but when you got bitten, youāre surely turning like themā
A news from radio station
āMom?ā I said, my head hurts again.
ā Honey, we are going to safe place, you , me and dad. There is something wrong in our surroundings. ā
Iām still laying on a comforter and still my head hurts. And I can’t move my leg because it’s fractured, or not? I’m not feeling pain on my leg , I think it’s just the cement? Should I remove it?… Later I think.
āDo you have any med there? Sorry I can’t really take my medicines I feel worse. Head hurtsā I told mom while holding my head
Mom quickly searched inside our vehicle. Itās more likely a caravan. Then few minutes she found some medicines
āHere take this and water, are you hungry? Your meds you need to take thoseā
I stand and sit to take my medicines and my mom told me to rest.
āWhatās happening?ā I asked
āHoney, we need to go to some far away from the city, I saw a man ā My dad speaking while his voice sounds scared.
āHe was bit by a child he was holding and thenāthen suddenly he became like his child!ā My dad is terrified.
āOuch! My head really hurts!ā I said. Until some scenarios flash inside my head.

Flesh CHAPTER 4: Get out
Few hours passed
Someone is knocking on my door. I guess itās my mom?
āCome inā I said. Then the door slowly opens and I saw a woman smiling at me, definitely my mom.
āMom?ā I asked her , because I donāt really remember anything.
āHoneyā¦ My God Kristine what just happened to you I was really worriedā She told me and hugged me.
āSorry, but canāt remember anything. Things arenāt clear to me.ā I said
āItās okay weāre going home, let’s talk about it when you get okay.ā
āsureā¦?ā Iām still confused.
____Few hours later____
We are now outside of the hospital and my mom and I are going to parking lot.
As we get there , We stepped into the car and mom begins to drive.
āMom, I think these medicines makes me sick! I feel worse!ā I told her.
āHoney, but those are your medicines and you need to take it for 2 months right?ā She told me while looking at me at the rear-view.
ā I donāt know, just , itāit makes me dizzy, I think because of the dosageā
While on the road. A truck pass by and hits us.
All things turned black.
āGet out!ā my mom shouted.
I feel that she is removing me from the car.
āMarie!ā a man shouted. Is he my dad?
āQuick carry our daughter!ā
āLetās Get out of here, virus is spreading all over our country.ā
And I passed out.

My first PAINTING šØ
Hi just wanted to share my first PAINTING šØ hope you like it. I’m still a beginner and learning ā¤ļø
Flesh CHAPTER 3 : The Accident.
I am confine here in the hospital and I still canāt get out because Dr. Fred is giving me medications. He said that I should take it for my healthās sake! I donāt know why, but Iām not feeling well when taking up my medicines. And I still donāt remember anything. And it is weird that no one comes to visit me? Or do they even know that Iām here?
āKristine, your mother is here. We contacted her and we said that she can pick you up here so you can now go homeā Dr. Fred said, my eyes wide opened and my heart was filled with happiness
āFinally! Iām leaving, but what time should my mom will come here?ā I asked.
āAny minutes now, so be ready and I have made a schedule for you to take your medicine in the right time for 2 monthsā he handed me the prescription.
āUhmm, Doctor Fred, can I ask you something?ā I said to him with confusion.
āYes?ā
āWhat happened to me ?Why I end up laying here on hospital bed and will be taking 2 months of medication?ā I asked him immediately.
āYouāve been in an accident. You canāt still remember? Alright just take your medicines ok?ā he said
āCan you elaborate?ā I said
āKristine, you are found passed out in the shore and some of the lifeguards saw you and reported to us the incident. So, you have been drowned and passed out. We donāt know any more details Kristineā He said while looking so serious to me.
I just nod at him, and then he leaves.
But it is still very unclear to me. I want more details.
